Position: User Experience Designer Reporting to: Head – Content Management Additional:  Foundational skills in visual communication and information visualization  Experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests  Ability to suggest designs for internal company presentations and documentation Academic Qualifications  Bachelors or Masters in Design.  B.E/B.Tech Role Description You will have extensive client/company-stakeholder interactions and will serve as the voice of the user while accommodating customer needs and technical requirements from engineering. You will work closely with product engineering, graphics & website & app designers, and product quality assurance. As the advocate for the user, you will implement user-centered design (UCD) methods to our software applications from concept to launch. You must be passionate about software user interfaces, innovative, quick to adapt, and curious to continually learn new technologies. Mandatory:

 Creating highly-detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, and process flows within

software applications

 Experience developing rapid prototypes & attention to detail

 In-depth knowledge of user interface design patterns for television, mobile, and web

 Expert at using any one of the UI wire framing tools in the market

 The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
