Job Description

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences on Web, Desktop (Windows), Android and iOS platforms. Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Skills

• Proficient in building Modular Design Systems with high fidelity design tools such as Figma, Sketch or InVision.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Job Description

Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find. Convert wireframes into visually appealing designs, create & maintain the UI design libraries/systems. Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. Work collaboratively with other UX designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience. Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software. Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.

Skills

• Proficient in UI Design, Visual Design, and building Modular Design Systems with high fidelity design tools such as Figma, Sketch or InVision.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Need to have strong understanding and hands on experience with symbols/components and nested components to increase the level of modularity
• Experience in Video Editing software such as Adobe Premier, After Effects, Auditionis a plus.
• Experience with Prototyping tools is a plus.

Involve in stand-up meetings & brainstorm sessions to discuss the requirements of the project Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Owner and UI/UX Designer to develop applications from scratch Design and Develop components in Angular (2/4/5/6) Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS Active participation in Code and Design reviews Collaborating with the Back-end developer in the process of integrating RESTful API’s Integrate 3rd party API’s for monitoring and maintenance Work on bug fixing and improving application performance Ensuring the high performance and responsiveness of applications on various screen resolutions Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Solve complex problems in a challenging and dynamic environment with logical reasoning Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in new technologies and frameworks Open to work in a challenging environment

Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience in Front-End development
• Strong mentoring skills to train the junior level developers
• Deep expertise of HTML, CSS/SASS and JavaScript
• Proficient in Angular (2/4/5/6) or ReactJS
• Highly proficient in building Responsive Applications
• Proficient understanding of GIT and Agile development practices
• Experience with TypeScript supporting Angular development
• Hands-on experiences in testing tools like Jasmine and Karma
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences will be an add-on
• Experience in E-Learning Domain will be an add-on
