Job Description

Own the end-to-end design of delightful experiences for multiple products. Work closely with engineering and business teams to understand and respond to their design needs. Lead feedback sessions, customer reviews, and usability events to gather data on design effectiveness. Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals. Drive research projects to further develop the understanding of the customer and validate design choices before and after development. Help solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, that blending together brand personality, visual, motion and sound to create delightful experiences. Create and refine comprehensive UX user flows for business-critical interactions. Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals. Work with users and product teams to test, evaluate and iterate on product features. Monitor and analyse data, how well existing interfaces work and where they breakdown. Help define and develop a larger design framework for the overall product family Create and manage design in-depth for a complete feature area.

Skills

• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Good time-management skills
