Job Description

Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.

Skills

• Creative design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.
