Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images,, sketches and tables) Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience Software adept in software's like Figma (Sketch and Figma both is a plus) Should be able to communicate well and think in a solution-oriented manner. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Be a hands-on user interface and visual designer for our toughest design challenges. Grow, mentor, and provide creative direction for the user interface, interaction design, and graphic design team. Conceive a robust creative strategy for the design function in close collaboration with the marketing, product, and design teams. Work alongside product, marketing, UX designers, copywriters, and developers to come up with complete design solutions. Own the quality of design execution for your design directions as well as extend the existing design styles. Building responsive web-based applications including informational sites, transactional applications, maps, charts, and dashboards Writing client-side Javascript (native/vanilla), HTML5 & CSS3 that's performant, cross-browser & cross-device compatible Collaborating with design team members on prototyping and user testing Understanding business needs and helps to translate those needs to a technology solution Establish priorities and deliver against company goals and metrics

Skills

• Experience in writing Javascript & building reusable JS components
• Expert knowledge of writing performant HTML5, CSS3 & browser compatibility quirks
