Job Description

Work in a small and agile team to iteratively improve user experience. Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production. Conduct research and interviews and come up with solutions to problems. Interacting with real users regularly. Design both web and mobile (iOS and Android) experiences that solve the needs of a wide range of users. Frequent collaboration with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Work closely with data and analytics to measure design performance and iteratively work on improving them.

Skills

• A strong portfolio highlighting your UI, UX and product thinking skills.
• You obsess over detail and quality and create beautiful experiences over and over again.
• Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
• Attention to detail and the drive to defend user-centric design.
• You bring a unique perspective and fresh ideas to the problem and not just translate requirements to designs.
• Analytics don't scare you, and you know which features can act as force multipliers on your company's business model.
• Strong communication in oral and written English
