Creating compelling and detailed visual design themes, templates and style guides Helping on developing the design strategy of the company Designing Brochures and other collaterals Designing Experiences and User Interfaces for the company's digital products (Apps and websites) Creating brand deliverables such as identity, logo-marks/logotypes, illustrations, color palettes, patterns, packaging You will be involved in all kind of work where your style, creativity and sensibility will be used.

Skills

• Passionate by latest Graphic Design and Communication (international) trends
• Pro-active, open minded, passionate, curious, creative, outgoing
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. CorelDraw and Experience Design CC are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• High level of attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize quick demands and deadlines
• Out of the box thinking is a must
• Participate actively to brainstorming and workshops
• A strong understanding of the design process and a passion for design thinking
• Basic knowledge in Printing techniques and online design

Develop complex, mobile first UIs for the web Build reusable code and libraries for future use Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills

• Experience in building complex UIs for multiple devices and browsers
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Familiarity with differences in other HTML5 based views, such as ones in email clients
• Fair understanding of JavaScript programming and DOM manipulation
