Job Description

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and design preferences. Translate client requirements into compelling UI/UX design concepts that align with their brand identity and marketing objectives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions. Develop user flows and journey maps to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience. Design responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns. Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all digital assets. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability findings to optimize user experiences. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website performance and drive conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and digital marketers, to ensure seamless execution of design projects. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Solicit feedback and incorporate client and team input into design iterations.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
