Job Description

Production of considered and effective digital content. Creation of all digital advertising and campaigns, email campaigns, on-site experience and social assets A thorough understanding and expert knowledge of the content, involving managing schedules and processes to ensure consistent storytelling across the brand and all of the different touch points. Design the social media posts according to the social calendar with the cross functional teams (Social media, copywriting, marketing teams) Consistent work on defining the brand identity, ensuring a consistent tone and brand positioning, adhering to all audience segments Manage project conception through to completion Be comfortable working on variable scale of projects - from animating creatives, editing video content, bringing still imagery to life Work alongside the Marketing team and collaborate with the wider Creative team on creative campaigns - defining, shaping and realising innovative ideas through graphic and motion design Work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing to execute concepts across Website, Email, Media, Social, Catalogue, Print Ads, Editorial and misc. Work in partnership with the Marketing Team to craft, create and deliver the digital and social content strategy. Particular focus placed on the delivery of e-commerce imagery and compelling content for the website. Assist us with creating quality content (still image, video, animation etcetera) even if it is from stock photos/ videos, or from existing content collection.

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative software - Illustrator (Expert) / Photoshop (Expert) / Premiere Pro (Expert) / After Effects (Expert) / Final Cut Pro (Expert)Use of Ms office (excel, word & Powerpoint).
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
• Excellent video editing/ animation skills are a MUST.
• EXCELLENT editing video on Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Full of creative ideas and constantly looking for new ways to tell a story.
• Understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring content is on-brand, and explore fresh ideas within.
