Job Description

Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle, including multiple product launches every quarter. Set a vision for the user experience and create a space for others to collaborate. Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes. Create compelling and memorable product designs. Partner closely with leadership, engineering, product, and business teams Lead cross-functional idea generation sessions and brainstorms Support an engaged set of clients who rely on our products to manage their E2E connectivity needs. Effectively "sell" design solutions to partners through design storytelling and by demonstrating traceability in design thinking. Balance both the customer experience and company outcomes, designing with responsibility.

• You have proven experience building excellent products in complex problem spaces and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process.
• You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions.
• You value high quality well-crafted visual design and care about the details.
• You bring a strong understanding of design systems, how to apply them, and how to contribute to them.
• You're an expert in Figma.

• Experience in designing products for both consumer-facing mobile and web products in-house.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with quick delivery and iteration cycles
