Job Description

Responsible for hands on creating UI/UX from start to end of a project life cycle, iterations, enhancements, improvisations Provide consultation and recommendations based on Digital and Design Head/Manager, Marketing Manager and Client’s requirement, as well participate in related strategic meetings. Co-ordinate and communicate with Frontend, Graphics Designer, Content Writer, Product Owner, Project Manager, Developers, stakeholders and users Primarily Work individually, with various teams & cross teams, and within teams, to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met Resolve outstanding issues to ensure there are no roadblocks to the delivery Establish and maintain relationships with personnel at appropriate levels Consistently deliver quality services Monitor progress, manage risk and provide constant updates to key stakeholders about progress and expected outcomes Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the business Develop relationships with team members across all practices to serve needs

Skills

• Specifically, the candidate should demonstrate strong UI/UX IT product design skills:
• Proven experience in product UI-UX development, MVP, go-to-market, improvisations, enhancement, and re-vamp using wireframing, prototyping and scripting .
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Experience in designing SEO friendly works
• Working knowledge of versioning and source control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, team work, collaboration, client service and technical writing skills in English and preferably in any one regional language of India.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and experiences in frontend technologies is a plus
