Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate UI/UX concepts effectively. Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills. Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality. Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly and persuasively to the team and stakeholders.

Skills

• We have proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• A strong portfolio is showcasing your design skills and a range of projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research, including conducting surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
