Job Description

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate design concepts into tangible, functional features. Create information architecture diagrams, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and other UX assets to aid teams in success Champion usability and accessibility standards, ensuring that our products are inclusive and easy to use for all users. Think systematically, promote efficiency through file organization and implementation of UX best practices Setup and run your own User Research initiatives when/if/where appropriate Lead UX design sprints in an agile fashion in the spirit of Lean UX Join and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure a UX voice is present Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our products' UX. Contribute to the growth of the UX design discipline within the organization by sharing knowledge, advocating for UX principles, and driving design thinking initiatives.

Skills

• Proficient with Figma and leveraging features to design efficiently
• Strong project organizational skills and attention to detail using Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) while practicing agile methodologies
• Strong portfolio showing a breadth of UX design work
• Experience working remotely, home office, with co-located teams, and across the globe
• Flexibility and openness to give and receive feedback from cross-functional team members
• Self-starter leads by example when working with all teams
• Ability to learn quickly and provide UX leadership in a dynamic and matrixed environment
• Knowledge of complex admin interfaces a plus
• Excellent, clear, confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling
• Experience driving user research and usability testing
• Clear and current understanding of capabilities and limitations of UI Development practices (IE React, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
