Design, interview and synthesize user research and evaluate user requirements and pain points + primary use cases Create wireframes and mockups of the app to run user tests and show to leadership team Create hi-fidelity UI designs and UX flows of the app (end-to-end) Create a design system to make future development easier

Skills

• Past experience in UI design and UX design with a portfolio to showcase the impact of your projects
• Experience in mobile application design (iOS and Android)
• Excellent communication skills (either English or Hindi, both is a plus)
• Have worked with engineers before
• Proficient in Figma (or other design tools) and wireframing / prototyping tools
• Basic data analytics skill is a plus
• Can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about mental health
