Job Description

Collaborate with product owners to understand the targetted user workflows, functional objectives and brainstorm on design solutions Lead development of low-medium fidelity wireframes / clickable protoypes and in review sessions, explain the design rationale and highlight tradeoffs between design options Iterate on the design, incorporate feedback from relevant collaborators and finalize the design details including the visual design aesthetics, exception handling safeguards & task productivity considerations (shortcuts, etc.) Validate the design details during implementation (w.r.t. wireframes & UI guidelines), conduct usability tests, present conclusions and propose design enhancements to address identified usability issues

Skills

• Very solid grasp of Information Architecture & Interaction Design activities (e.g. responsive UI layout, navigation & workflow design, UI controls & user feedback on their use / on errors)
• Thorough knowledge of wireframing / prototyping tools (preference for Adobe XD)
• Good Visual Design skills (e.g. color palettes, icons, fonts)
• Knowledge of icon design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Good Analytical skills to process complex user requirements

• Excellent verbal and written Communications Skills
