Job Description

Planning and delivering UX/UI designs while working closely with cross-functional teams Own end-to-end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements Creating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little direction Create and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs to stakeholders Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work with a track record of influencing the product direction Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment

Skills

• Experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, product designer, etc.
• Demonstrates ability to successfully deliver against role responsibilities, working with minimal guidance and direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and especially to senior executives.
• Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, XD, etc.)
• Preferably from consumer tech companies
• Capable of coming up with out-of-the-box ideas
• The ability to create animations is a bonus.
