Job Description

Conduct customer interviews and synthesize user insights to inform design decisions. Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that address customer needs and drive engagement. Develop design guidelines and style guides to ensure a consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile applications. Engage in usability testing with end-users to refine and validate designs. Collaborate with product leaders, developers, and consultants to continuously enhance the user experience.

Skills

• Experience in UX/UI design, ideally within software development for specific industries.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and other AI-based design tools.
• A strong understanding of responsive design and a mobile-first approach.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases a variety of design solutions and a track record of innovative thinking.
