Job Description

Should be a very strong visualizer cracking compelling design concepts that take the brief to a whole new level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of promotional art visuals ranging from concept sketches, mock up art to highly finished promotional artwork to specific guidelines with in production schedules. Act as bridge between the Brand/marketing team and other artist to plan and deliver the production pipeline. Should have a strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, other designing tools. Should be proficient and proven record in graphic designing, illustration and digital art Work out creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various media such as Mailers, Promotional Banners for web and mobile Screens, Contests, and so on. Mentor, coordinate, pitch new ideas to the team and hold brainstorming sessions and evaluate the work results delivered by the art team

• Deep awareness of the competitive marketplace and target audience
• Good leadership & managerial abilities required along with great design and conceptualizing skills
• Work closely with Copy, Brand, and other stakeholder teams to produce effective creatives
• Able to work to deadlines under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Analyze real-time feedback, and adopt in a constructive manner with logical and reasoned suggestions/solutions to improve designs
