Job Description

1. Design Leadership: Lead UI/UX design projects across the entire product lifecycle. Set the visionfor the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.2. User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, and design wireframes,storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.3. Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.Test and iterate designs based on user feedback.4. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members toensure a cohesive design language and user experience across all product touchpoints.5. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual elements and defining behavior that aligns withthe company's brand guidelines.6. Mentoring: Mentor junior designers, providing them with guidance and feedback on their work.7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Skills

1. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

2. Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
