Job Description

Complete design ownership of all our products — From its experience to visual design and communication. Collaborate with product team and tech team to define, design and implement product modules. Execute all design stages from research, concept to final hand-off to the tech team. Define/practise human-centred design while ensuring all business goals are met and all projects are delivered with great designs. Own and build a holistic vision of edelweiss products with a clear vision of the future roadmap. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps for better clarity & strategy. Data-driven-design – Using data to inform design decisions. Develop storyboards, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and UI visual design ideas. Mentor junior designers.

Skills

• Minimum 4-years of experience working with digital products [or] 4-years of experience working in a digital agency
• Excellent Visual Design Skills
• Ability to own more than one project entirely
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge about product design & UX Methodologies
• Excellent knowledge on softwares like Adobe, Sketch and other prototyping tools.
