Job Description

Review existing web-based application and evaluate its UX effectiveness. Work together with analyst on improving the current UX within the existing web-based tool. Consult with stakeholders and users to capture their feedback into new designs. Work with developers to guide on implementing new designs. Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, allowing for user testing and iteration. Create detailed page and view designs for implementation. Run user testing of internal web-based system. Develop and maintain design wireframes and specifications. Assist with content development.

Skills

• Creating wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, allowing for user testing and iteration.
• Experience using Figma or comparable tools for prototyping and wireframing.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Be able to consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design.
• Be able to interpret user feedback and activity.
• Knowledge in best practices when designing a web-based tool.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
• Should possess good communication skills.
