Produce high-quality User Experiences for new and existing projects Collaborate closely with product owners to develop wireframes, mockups, to meet stakeholder requirements Design user interface elements, leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Images, etc. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience using Sketch and InDesign to create mockups and storyboards.
• Understanding of Material Design and associated libraries such as Materialize
• Expertise with visual design and wireframing tools
• Expertise with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working on diverse projects following an Agile Scrum methodology

Job Description

Participate in cross functional teams to bring clarity in all elements of UX Design. Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications as necessary. Secure the correct visual quality and brand expression of the output. Work closely with development teams to ensure that the design concept is implemented. Participate in co-creation workshops with clients, end users and the team.

Skills

• Recent graduate in UX, Interaction Design or related design studies.
• 0-3 years industry experience.
• Design and specify user interfaces, services, and multi-touchpoint experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies,customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery.
• Knowledgeable of design patterns and how to apply them within a variety of contexts (vehicle, mobile, web, etc.).
• Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Suite, Sketch,inVision, etc.
• Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc).

Job Description

Understand the high level requirements and translate them into creative and interactive user interfaces Responsible for creating visually engaging, innovative mobile and web-based designs by understanding the complexity across mobile platforms Will be creating visual designs using Adobe Creative Suite software, Axure PRO RP and Sketch Conduct regular design reviews and design QA, by working closely with project teams Work closely with architects and project managers to help contribute towards designing an impressive and usable application

Skills

• 4 to 8 years experience in UI design
• Ability to design apps for iOS, Android and Windows mobile platforms
• Experience in designing mobile sites using Bootstrap, Foundation or any other frameworks
• Excellent skill in designing interactive prototypes preferably using Axure PRO R
• Good knowledge of pattern based UI for respective platforms and build clickable prototypes
• Must be able to adapt to latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
• Flexibility on learning and working upon tools like Sketch and Creative Suite
• Ability to generate design guidelines for customers and development team whenever necessary
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum project teams
• Professional commitment, detail orientated, high focus on quality, passion for learning new skills
• Ability to speak their mind and convince the stakeholders, adaptive to the feedbacks
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment, with an analytical mind and problem solving / troubleshooting skills
