Skills

• You have a portfolio of work demonstrating your design process and passion for design – online or pdf is required for consideration
• You have a well-rounded Product Design skill set (visual design, interaction design, research, etc.) with a drive to never stop learning and improving
• You take ownership of your work – making decisions, defending them soundly, and holding yourself responsible for the outcomes they produce.
• You believe communication of design is just as important as the design itself.
• You find energy in high paced, dynamic, and collaborative environments

You are managing complex initiatives and solving problems autonomously. In addition to execution, you are a major contributor to team roadmap. You’ll be the voice of the user, advocating for and instilling the product team with a user centric mindset. You’ll collaborate freely, sharing your expertise and absorbing learning from others to help foster a culture of improvement and continuous learning.

Skills

• High level interaction and visual design skills
• Experience with UX methods like wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, usability testing etc.
• Expert user of Figma
• Design system experience
• Understanding of Web Accessibility Concepts (WCAG) and how it impacts the product and our users.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication
• The ability to appropriately communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• You take ownership of your work – making decisions, defending them soundly, and holding yourself responsible for the outcomes they produce.
• The flexibility to be a great collaborator and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
