Job Description

Develop innovative and visually striking designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Create and design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and packaging. Design and produce eye-catching graphics, illustrations, icons, and infographics. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design assets. Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces. Create engaging and on-brand social media graphics, including posts, banners, and cover images. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously improve design quality. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Conduct quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, and colour theory.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and projects.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and make revisions accordingly.
• Time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
