Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the design team, stakeholders, and product owners Extensive research and analysis Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for various products in the pharma sector Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look like Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images

Skills

• Experience of working in an agile/scrum development process
• Strong portfolio with examples of work you've deployed
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. InVision and Protopie)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
