Job Description

The Product Designer will help solve product requirements using design tools and methodologies, and evangelize design in the Bangalore office. From idea to ship, the Product Designer should be obsessed about building simple interfaces that help solve complex business problems and will work with the Head of Design and other product team members to creating a productive product workflow.

Skills

• Good proficiency in Adobe CS, Sketch, Invision, etc.
• Obsessed with user journey’s and experiences that are simple and smart, and can communicate them well visually and verbally
• Get in the weeds with the details
• Understanding of user stories and wire-framing
• Familiarity with software development processes (agile and waterfall)
• Take a personal interest in how people connect with software
• Enjoy working with cross-functional teams to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable
• Want to work in an iterative process to build products
• If you’ve never test your product before, you’re up for researching and getting user feedback in tried and not tested ways
• You’re current on themes, trends, and technologies in user experience design
