Job Description

Create wireframes and translate them into simple, easy-to-use User Interfaces Work with the Product team and in-house developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards Work with developers to ensure that the product vision is implemented with consistency and integrity Work with our branding team to ensure consistency of brand and design across digital customer touch points Responsible for producing sector leading product designs whilst maintaining the product vision and ensuring the product objectives are met Confidently use and interpret heatmapping and analytics data in order to improve the user experience Promote knowledge sharing and ensure that documentation is captured and updated regularly in line with implemented changes Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product designing Assists global product teams by acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, delivering updates and assisting team members Perform product gap analysis and recommend innovative design changes & enhancements Own the E2E product designing lifecycle i.e., from product vison, inception till product realisation

Skills

• Well versed with cross platform products such as Web, Mobile and their third-party integrations
• Excellent understanding of each phase of E2E product lifecycle
• Hands on experience in product designing
• Hands on experience on tools/platforms used for product designing such as FIGMA or similar
• Extensive experience working with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum
• Hunger to create high grade consumer UX/UI designs (B2B, B2C etc.) and understand users interactions
• Ability to understand product specific technical requirements
• Well versed with latest design techniques and up to date with latest trends in mark
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision making skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks
• Ability to mentor, lead and guide others
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent presentation skills, facilitate workshops & solution sessions
• Maturity and confidence to communicate at all levels
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work well as an individual and as a team player
• Experience in Travel domain would be an added advantage
