Job Description

Be a full stack designer by leading the end-to-end UX design process, from user research, concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Connect with customers through design partnership programs, to gain deep insights into user behaviours, needs and motivations, to translate those insights into actionable design recommendations. Create User personas, Journey maps, Wireframes, and Interactive prototypes that effectively communicate the intended end experiences Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product features based on Customer needs & Business objectives. Work closely with visual designers to ensure consistent and visually appealing designs that align with design framework our brand identity. Strategize and Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate designs based on the insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes. Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Skills

• Experience in UX design, with a proven track record of successfully delivering user centric design solutions.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD or similar.
• Strong knowledge of user research techniques, usability principles, and information architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous UX design work, highlighting your process, and demonstrating your ability to solve complex design challenges.
