Job Description

Create effective, intuitive UX/UI and visual designs for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Skills

• Hands on Experience on Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Adobe XD or any other similar tool or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Be able to establish and maintain visual design and copy-writing guidelines.
• Proficiency with Design tools, and an obsession with pixel-perfect detailing.
• Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
• Understanding of contemporary user experience planning interaction design and visual design.
• Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
• Experience with user interface design patterns.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms
• Experience in developing intricate detailed icons to be used throughout the web and mobile apps.
• Experience in designing for mobile and web - good understanding of Material Design (for Android) and iOS

Job Description

Create impactful datasheets, whitepapers, product briefs/flyers, use case documents, solution documents, case studies, reports, etc. Produce compelling, high-level, creative graphic designs and slides for use in presentations for senior executives, sales teams, solutioning teams, and leadership of the company. Create engaging infographics and illustrations for social media, blogs, newsletters, website, etc. Execute design following brand guidelines and ensure adherence to it so as to create consistency in design for various requirements like posters, brochures, standees, event setups, marketing collateral, etc. Express strong visual design knowledge including colors, typography, illustrations, branding, color theories, layouts, iconography, web design, etc. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. Manage projects and priorities and maintain appropriate communication with all stakeholders. Ensure proper use of all design assets including logos, illustrations, and images. Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes and standards. Work as a team player and independently, selecting the best course of action under tight deadlines. Taken ownership of multiple design-related tasks, anticipate demands, communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability.

Skills

• Experience in creating high-quality design for marketing collateral including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, solutioning documents, flyers, social media graphics, etc.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD or any other similar tool or other visual design tools.
• An obsession with pixel-perfect detailing with a knack for creating designs as per the latest design standards and trends.
• Conceptual understanding of Graphical Design and the Design Process.
• Experience in working on varied marketing collaterals including print and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Google slides, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to create within constraints, to adapt to the evolving environment.
• Creative thinking - to be able to contribute to the ideation process.
• Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects at a time.
• Fluency in banner design, icon design, font creating, artwork, and drawing skills.
