Job Description

Create various content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc. Create vector Illustrations when required for the app, media, etc Editing pictures and other visual content when required Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience. Maintain a set of best design practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations. Turning ideas into visuals across media to communicate our brand to the users. Researching on latest design trends to create visuals for our brand.

Skills

• Understanding for the brand and brand consistency throughout
• Hustlers’ attitude and a knack for visual storytelling
• You have forte in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro or similar tools
• A portfolio that showcases your stunning aesthetic sense

Job Description

Partner with UX researcher to write, facilitate, and analyze user research to build a strong understanding of users. Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions. Plan, facilitate and lead collaborative design sessions (including sketching and ideation) to generate ideas Design low and hi- fidelity mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours. Produce deliverables including presentations, graphic designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability reports, design specs, etc. Communicate and present design work to the user experience team, product team and senior leadership for review and feedback and to drive decisions and get commitment on final UX deliverables. Effectively sell design solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders through design storytelling and by demonstrating trace-ability in the design thinking. Work with visual designers and engineering teams to ensure integrity of user experience in final product.

Skills

• Must be Proficient in tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, Principle, Post-it notes & Zeplin.
• Excellent problem solving and design skills - ability to understand and interpret user problems within the context of the product / business - and distil findings into actionable design recommendations and solutions.
• Strong communication & presentation skills (written, oral and visual). Ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams across the globe and to present information to all levels of the organization.

Interact directly with senior stakeholders to understand business intent Create User personas, task flows, user journeys and other artifacts to support the user centered design process with the guidance of a UX Manager/Director Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for product experiences Create production-ready visual designs with elegant & intuitive UI and delightful animations Develop design guidelines and collaborate with tech and product teams to build products Participate in user research & usability tests whenever required.

Skills

• Advanced ability to design and prototype using Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle and InVision (or Proto.io).
• Ability to create animations for UI using InVision (or other tools).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive & Self-motivated to drive work without close supervision.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, peers, and subordinates.
