Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team. Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively, both verbally and visually.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
