Job Description

You will lead the user experience of one or two of our flagship products. We're relying on you to translate user needs and business objectives into designs that help our customers get the job done. You will rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply high-fidelity detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes. You will spend time exploring ideas on how we can improve the product over the long term. You will work effectively with cross-functional teams, partner with product managers and engineers to conceptualize, build, and ship a highly usable product that customers love to use. You will work closely with the Design Research team to use data to drive your design decisions. You will own and run the design process. As a senior team member, we're counting on you to establish realistic timelines and complete projects on time. You will ensure consistency across all of our products & integrations by defining the CredAvenue's Design System with industry-standard components and layouts. Work with front-end developers to eliminate inconsistencies. You will embody our core values and uphold our unique company culture. Skills

• A portfolio of samples that demonstrate your skills and effectiveness as a Product Designer
• You should be a person who thrives on welcoming feedback from our customers and teammates.
• Connect insights drawn from research studies to design, technical requirements, and product strategy
• Show excellent communication skills and are comfortable having discussions with users, engineers, and business people.
• Communicate design process, rationale, and findings
• If you have a coherent understanding of web capabilities, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript (bonus points for coding proficiency).
• Have a deep understanding of best practices and contemporary design patterns.
• You should have good judgment and the ability to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive customer data.
• Work flexibly and efficiently; you exercise a balance between inspiration, bias, and rigorous research to move quickly from planning to completing a project.
• Work closely and in partnership with functional teams to advocate for users.
• Promote the value of product design and positively impact decision-making.
