Job Description

Assisting with Design Projects: Work closely with the design team to support various design projects, including creating visual assets, designing layouts, and producing graphics for digital and print media. Collaborating on Creative Concepts: Brainstorm and contribute to the development of creative concepts and design ideas for marketing campaigns, social media content, branding materials, and other visual communication projects. Creating Graphics and Illustrations: Design original graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that effectively convey messages and enhance the overall aesthetics of digital and print materials. Layout Design and Typography: Assist in creating visually appealing layouts for websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals, paying attention to typography, spacing, and overall composition. Conducting Design Research: Stay updated with current design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to provide fresh insights and ideas for design projects. Collaborating and Communicating: Work closely with team members and other stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and development teams, to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and deliver design assets that meet expectations. Adhering to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all design work aligns with the organization's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, colour schemes, typography, and overall brand aesthetic.

Skills

• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout composition, and branding.
• Basic knowledge of image editing, retouching, and optimization techniques.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and innovative design concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and articulate design ideas.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and projects is highly desirable.
• Passion for design, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude towards professional growth.
