Job Description

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences. Create user personas, user journey maps, and other relevant design artifacts to inform the design process. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and requirements. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results. Ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across multiple platforms and devices. Develop high-quality interface designs that adeptly communicate interaction concepts and produce production-ready assets and precise design specifications Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and technology.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and user-centred projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on design concepts.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
