Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user requirements, and business objectives. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions. Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions effectively. Design and iterate on user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing, following best practices and design guidelines. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design ideas with stakeholders and users. Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts and maintain design consistency throughout the development process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and incorporate them into design processes. Collaborate with other designers to share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other team activities to contribute to the overall design strategy.

Skills

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
• Solid portfolio showcasing previous UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
