    Job Description

    Participate in the full design process from user research, concept creation, story boarding, interaction design and visual design Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions. Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and/or animations Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests Create iterative designs that meet product objectives, fit within Adobe Design guidelines, and respond to feedback and usability testing Strive to elevate the product by crafting elegant visual design systems from modern UI patterns and trends, from concept to execution Support and collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation cycle Synthesize your understanding and create a user journey that identifies opportunities for innovation. Facilitate design thinking workshops with key stakeholders to envision a new user experience.

    Skills

    • Strong UX & Interactive Design Abilities - You can use your problem-solving abilities to simplify and break down hard problems and have an intuition for how people use products. You are familiar with platform guidelines, patterns and core usability heuristics.
    • Visual Design and UI - You can create pixel-perfect visual designs with a good sense of aesthetics (typography, colors and more). You have a keen eye and attention to detail, exhaustiveness in states, ability to work with different tools. You have strong interaction design and visual design skills- ideally, a combination of both.
    • Product Thinking - You consider the business goals, implications, and possibilities of your design solutions. You think about how a problem affects the entire system and can see the bigger picture. You can balance between craft, speed and the bottom line. You should have ability to grasp the essence of complex design problems, user problems, research findings, and translate them into practical design solutions.
    • User- Centricity - You put the user at the heart of the solution. You always think like a user and actively advocate for creating the best experience for them
    • Communication and Collaboration - You are a great team player and very open to feedback. You can articulate and present your ideas to other stakeholders. You are humble and a good listener who likes to collaborate
    • Ownership and Drive - You have the ability to work independently and have high ownership for getting things done. You take a lead in discovering problems and execution.
