Job Description

You will be part of the Customer-Driven @ IDC team, responsible to organize and conduct programs around capability building on customer interactions and research in the form of workshops, sessions & events. Most importantly, you’ll need to be a passionate advocate for our users/customers and an evangelist for Customer Obsession across Microsoft India orgs. Have experience of Qualitative and Quantitative research studies and various engagement formats. You have a command on good communication skills (verbal and textual) along-with ability to handle audience size from 30 – 200 ranging across diverse disciplines like Execs, PMs, Engg & Designers. Articulating event outcome reports and systematically filing & archiving them is essential. You are organized and systematic in managing database and tracking systems related to events and participants with the ownership of ensuring GDPR compliance and privacy that maintains the trust of users/customers This would require learning the event formats from US teams and implement them locally in India with the right adaptations. Co-ordination with Customer-Driven US team will be an important and regular part of work in which you would be open to attending calls early mornings/nights as and when required.

Skills

• Experience in the technology industry conducting User research, with a proven track record of having conducted workshops & events for small & large groups.
• Educational qualification is an advanced degree in UX Design / Research.
• Good to have qualification on Psychology, Cognitive/Behavioral sciences, Technology
• Understanding of the research methods and their relevance to different product development phases & enquiries.
• Have an entrepreneurial zeal to get things done & figure out ways to translate research insights into product experiences
• Track record of collaborating across disciplines (PM, design, engineering); must be able to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
• Proven ability to work within tight timelines and with excellent project management skills
