Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Ship quickly and often. Skills

• Experience in React.js and other similar Javascript frameworks
• Experience building UI components using latest in ReactJS and server-side applications using nodeJS
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux
• Thorough knowledge of CS fundamentals: Data structures, the time complexity of algorithms
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Node, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Create delightful User Interface design • Design for responsive web and mobile platforms • Work with multidisciplinary teams (UX, Developers, Product Designers) • Execute simple and beautiful design that combines intuitive UX with fine visual details into a cohesive product • Help define and execute a style guide for the entire platform’s UI • Help in defining colors and other visual aspects required for the branding of the organisation

Skills

• Strong in visual/graphic design skills required for UX - Mandatory!

• Experience working with Sketch - Mandatory! (1-1.5 yrs preferred)

• Fluency in design softwares such as Sketch and Adobe Suite and platforms such as Invision

• Experience designing mobile/tablet/browser apps and/or data visualisations.

• Strong understanding of designing a user-friendly, intuitive, and comprehensible experience for our end audience.

• Experience working with wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, and the implementation of those designs with front-end engineers.
