Job Description

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and design goals. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate product concepts and interactions. Use your expertise in visual design to create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces, considering branding guidelines and industry best practices. Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders, user testing, and usability studies. Collaborate closely with engineering teams during the development process to ensure design integrity and feasibility. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and share your knowledge with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Champion the user experience and advocate for design thinking throughout the organization.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and interaction design.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
