Job Description

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to delivering polished and user-friendly interfaces. Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that design decisions are informed by user insights and feedback. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams across multiple time zones in an agile environment to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product development lifecycle. Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and innovation. Work with stakeholders across the globe to understand diverse user needs and incorporate global perspectives into the design process. Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs. Stay abreast of industry best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Skills

• professional experience Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, product designer, or related.
• B2B e-commerce industry experience is preferable.
• Highly proficient in Figma design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
• Expertise in accessibility and global localization in design.
• Experience with an A/B testing platform (AB Tasty, Optimizely, or similar) is a plus.
• Functional understanding of Google Analytics and user engagement tools like Hotjar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description

Increase alignment on UX vision and strategy in your UX team whose members are based in US east coast, Europe, and India. Direct UX discussions around topics like design systems and collaboration with engineering teams. Further develop direct reports' design expertise through coaching, mentoring, 1 on 1s, training, conferences, performance reviews. Closely collaborate with product managers, lead engineers, technical directors, and UX leads across the organization. As a member of the Artwork Design LT, you influence the Artwork Design product vision. This is a hands-on role, you will spend about half of your time designing various browser-based, mobile-first Design Experiences (see our section ‘Artwork Design’).

• A portfolio demonstrating design perfection for mobile UIs, and showcasing your design process.
• Proven history of leading, growing, structuring, and organizing UX teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage UX designers through coaching and mentoring.
• Specialist skill level with standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe suite.
