Job Description

Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze user feedback and use data to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms. Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs. Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and business goals. Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, experience in a B2B product-based company is an advantage
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and Agile/Scrum development process
