Job Description

Translate customer and product requirements into visual forms that make information compelling, easy to understand, and actionable. Communicate through balanced use of color, tone, layout, composition, imagery, typography, and interactions. Collaborate across teams to align on the best way to visualize a problem, across multiple levels of fidelity. Introduce UI patterns and usage guidelines into the design system, to bring consistency into the user experience and improve efficiency for design and engineering teams. Grow the visual language of the product and expand it to new and existing products. Design for accessibility. We have users aged 18 to 80 across different levels of technical expertise using the platform. Showcase your vision and rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders and your team. Work closely with Product and Engineering to validate the feasibility of your work and ensure high-quality implementation.

Skills

• Clear rationale behind design decisions.
• Familiar with end-to-end iterative product design process, including how to develop and use personas, user stories, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping.
• An online portfolio which demonstrates case studies of projects and your influence on them.

Job Description

Design & implement new software designs for all our new products and enhance existing designs to delight customers Demonstrate strong understanding of various UX fields like Research, Journey Maps, User Flows, Personas Strong understanding of Visual design process, Color theory and Typography as an integral part of UX Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable

Skills

• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, any other Visual design tools
• Have had experience creating Wireframes, Prototypes, Mockups
• Have prior digital experience- working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
• 2-3 year of experience in User Experience, Design, UI preferable
