Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across platforms and devices. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. Develop visual designs that reflect our brand identity while adhering to design principles and best practices. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support during the development process. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging assets for promotional materials, landing pages, and campaigns. Maintain design systems and documentation to facilitate collaboration and ensure design consistency across projects. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user interface design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development technologies is a plus.
• Passion for user experience design and a desire to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that delight and inspire.
