Job Description

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Create user personas, user journey maps, and other user-centric documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers to define and prioritize features and improvements. Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in UX design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your UX design projects and process.
