Job Description

Design and corroborate new user experiences via visual mock-ups, rapid prototypes and other UX artifacts for a wide range of devices and interfaces, predominantly mobile apps. Conduct user research to identify problems our users are facing and provide elegant solutions which are not functional but delightful. Make strategic design and user centered decisions for new core features and functions Effective use of qualitative and quantitative data to create data driven design and to measure success accordingly. Collaborate effectively with your product, business and engineer stakeholders to build scalable solutions. Facilitate quick round of usability testing. Quality check final outcome to deliver pixel perfect designs and experiences. Work on copy text to communicate better through designs. Take smart risks and champion new ideas. Take ownership of the features and present design, communicate concepts and explain design choices.

Skills

• Ability to work with highly core technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced early stage start-up environment.
• Proficient in working with Figma, Rapid prototype tools, illustrator(Optional).
• Experience in designing mobile apps for Indian audience would be preferred.
• Compulsive problem-solvers with excellent visualization, collaboration, and communication skills.
