Job Description

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics. Conceptualize and develop visual assets including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, infographics, animations, and videos for various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, website, and digital advertising. Translate complex ideas and messages into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure visual content effectively complements and enhances written content. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of visual assets. Maintain consistency and high standards of design quality across all marketing materials and campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed for specialized design projects or additional support.

Skills

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual projects across different mediums and platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to meet project requirements.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design is a plus.
• Experience with 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is a plus.
