Comprehending and upholding the client’s design brief. Strike a balance between the client's expectations and the end-user's requirements while providing practical design solutions. Demonstrates a high level of skill mastery and meticulous attention to detail. Facilitate collaborative brainstorming and ideation sessions to formulate an innovative creative strategy. Contribute to the development and presentation of groundbreaking ideas across various levels, spanning daily tasks, creative reviews, and client presentations. Make decisive design choices while also offering support to aid others in refining their concepts. Lead the creative direction of shoots, contribute artistic input, and take charge of the post-production process. Working as part of a team or autonomously, you will need to provide feedback on other creative work in relation to specific briefs. Infuse Awchat & Olsen with a robust creative perspective and an unquenchable curiosity. Guide and nurture our junior designers and pool of talent.

• Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills
• A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team
• Proven ability to formulate uncomplicated design strategies for intricate challenges spanning packaging, brand development, and brand identity design projects.
• Your portfolio should demonstrate exceptional creative projects and highlight a diverse range of work across various media.
• Should have experience with managing multiple projects with a small team.
• A proven track record of creative idea generation and development Should be proactive and be able to come up with original and disruptive solutions
• Equally important is someone who is passionate, engaging, personable and open to ideas. You need to be excited by the prospect of pushing design in new directions.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, with a strong willingness to swiftly adapt and learn.
