Job Description

· Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience· Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering · Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks · Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas · A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. · Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

Skills

· Proficiency in Photoshop, wire frame tools like Pencil, Mockplus, Sketch and Wireframe CC

· Expertise in standard UX software such as OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

· Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography

Experience-
4-9 years experience as a UI/ UX designer preferably in BFSI
