Collaborating with product team for defining user stories Create task flows and wireframes Iterate with product and data teams to refine design decisions Align product and engineering teams to your vision, and iterate if necessary Collaborate with product team to define success criteria Create handover ready mock-ups Write UX copy aligned with brand personality Re-use UI design patterns and document new patterns Collaborate with other designers for aligning usage of patterns Collaborate with development teams for ensuring perfect releases Conduct and document product discovery exercises for building user knowledge Conduct design audits and maintain design backlogs Prototype interactions wherever required

Skills

• Familiarity of technical constraints and limitations of web and mobile platforms
• Good understanding of design fundamentals - affordance, signifier, mapping, feedback and conceptual model
• Fluency using tools like Figma/Sketch and creation/use of components
• First-principles thinker
• Articulate with verbal/written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Pro-active, collaborative, iterative, argumentative, and curious.
• Good with explanations and interpretations
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies - HTML/CSS and React/Xamarin/Flutter

Establish consistent brand and creative designs Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books Collect feedback from project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure Work across programs to define, maintain, and evolve the tools, processes, and communication around asset management.

Skills

• Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills
• Experience with Adobe Pro, Photoshop Illustrator, Axure, Sketch, and programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript
