Job Description

Collaborate with marketing, sales, product and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product designs, visuals and experience. Work in design-sprint methodology to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Create wireframes, storyboards and user-flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and discuss designs with peers, customers and executive level stakeholders Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards within Attentive design team

Skills

• Expertise in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and working in design sprints.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• User obsession and sensitivity when it comes to visual and cognitive design.
• Good to have prior experience with SaaS product design
• Good to have UX design understanding and knowledge of UX research
• Good to have some understanding of HTML, CSS to gauge design implications on front-end development
